The pen insert is designed to fit larger diameter pens. It will accommodate pens with a max cap diameter of 17.5 mm (0.69") and a max barrel diameter of 15 mm (0.59").
Many collectors have also found that the pen insert handles small EDC flashlights very well as long as they fit within the diameter specs.
We have plans to produce a pen insert for narrower pens in the future.
Note that this feature is intended for use with the RotoSelect and is not meant to be a stand alone product.
